The Festoon solutions are ideal for C-track profiles and standard equipment for straight-line installations, adapting to different load requirements. They are also perfectly suited for curved lines and explosive atmosphere environments (ATEX) (EX IIIC T80ºC Dc), as well as for standardised steel profiles (IPN, IPE, IPS, HEA, HEB, etc.).

Series
Series 10
The Series 10 includes cable trolleys running on a cylindrical element of Ø8, either metal cable or metal rod. These trolleys are used to supply small hoists or tools. Their maximum load is 5 kg, and the recommended maximum installation length is 12 m.
This series is designed for indoor use and non-aggressive environments. The trolley consists of two wheels and a polyamide tray, while the body and screws are made of galvanised steel. This system does not require prior profile installation.

Series 28
The Series 28 consists of cable trolleys running inside a galvanised steel profile. It is suitable for straight force and control lines. These trolleys support up to 20 kg of weight.
Installation methods include anchoring or welding to beams, screwing to walls or ceilings, and they are designed to supply hoists, trippers, small motors, etc. It is recommended for indoor or outdoor installations in dusty environments, as the flat profile allows for dust expulsion.

Series 80
Similar to Series 28, this series uses cable trolleys running inside a galvanised steel profile. These trolleys also support up to 20 kg and are designed for force and control lines.
This series is ideal for installations requiring full trolley guidance, as the rounded profile shape perfectly houses the bearings.

Series 40
The Series 40 is a Festoon System of cable trolleys running inside a profile designed for straight-line installations. This series is aimed at systems requiring higher loads, as the trolleys can support up to 35 kg. They are designed for all applications, including power and control installations.
They can be mounted by anchoring or welding to beams or by bolting to walls or ceilings. These trolleys are intended for powering hoists, trippers, higher-power motors, etc. They are recommended for indoor or outdoor installations in dusty environments, as the flat profile shape facilitates dust removal.

Series 35 & Series 35Ex
The Series 35 is a Festoon System of cable trolleys designed for installations with both curved and straight sections, as well as applications requiring higher speeds. Additionally, it is available in stainless steel, making it particularly suitable for installations in extreme conditions. It is ATEX-certified, with an exclusive design that allows operation in flammable environments, ensuring full safety and reliability for the customer.
This product stands out due to its unique diamond-shaped profile, making it an ideal choice for use in highly dusty and dirty environments. For explosive atmospheres, we offer the Series 35Ex EX IIIC T80ºC Dc.

Series 50 & Series 50Ex
The Series 50 is a cable trolley system designed to provide tailor-made solutions for our customers. These trolleys run on standardised profiles and feature an exclusive design, carefully selected based on client requirements. They are available in carbon steel and stainless steel, making them suitable for installations in harsh environments and explosive atmospheres. The system is ATEX-certified. This series is commonly installed in port facilities and large metallurgical companies worldwide, where environmental conditions are extreme.
The possible combinations of running profiles, number and type of cable trays, finishes, and raw materials result in a wide range of custom configurations. These trolleys can support loads of up to 80 kg.
