Introducing Moductor®, the most innovative modular multiconductor system on the market, designed to offer maximum versatility and efficiency. Available in configurations with 4 or 5 copper conductors, Moductor® supports currents from 40 to over 140 amps, providing a robust and flexible solution for various industrial applications.

What sets Moductor® apart is its exclusive standard equipment: lower rubber closure bands, a unique feature that optimises performance in demanding environments such as the cement, steel, and foundry industries. Additionally, Moductor® is custom-designed for installations with curves, level changes, and more, ensuring it always meets the specific needs of each project.

Trust Moductor® to take your electrical infrastructure to the next level.

Features

Safety Line protected by external insulation. First on the market with coextruded closure bands.
Space The Moductor® line occupies minimal space compared to other conventional electrical power supply systems.
Line Adjustment The possibility to extend or shorten the line by adding or removing modular sections.
Assembly Quick and easy—one installation run is enough to make the line operational.
Electrical Supply At the beginning or any of the bar connections (joints).
Repairs Sections of the line can be replaced without needing to move the rest of the line.
Voltage Up to 600V.
Operating Temperature From -30°C to +55°C.
Expansion The system absorbs length differences due to expansion at each bar joint, requiring no special expansion joints.
Outdoor Installations Sliding stainless steel supports are recommended. Protect the line from solar radiation with suitable coverings.

Special Installations

Curved Sections For manufacturing, a sketch of the installation indicating radii and angles, as well as the lengths of straight sections, must be provided. Minimum manufacturing radius for curves: 1m.
Curves Possibility of installations with horizontal curves.
Parallel Installation Several parallel lines are installed in parallel for currents exceeding 140A or more than 5 conductors.
Aggressive Environments In environments with high humidity and acidity, stainless steel screws and iron metal components are recommended.
Sectionable Lines Installations requiring current interruption at specific sections need an RG 12 current isolator and a double collector trolley.
